What you are getting

A license to use the SYSLX launcher and menu on one PC at a time, for as long as your plan is active. You are not buying the software itself, and the license is not transferable.

One account, one person

Your license is locked to the first PC you sign in from (its HWID). You can reset that yourself in the panel, once every 90 days. Sharing an account, reselling a key, or working around the HWID lock ends the license without a refund.

What we do not promise

• That the menu works after a GTA V update. It usually will not until we ship a new build.
• That using it is without risk. Anti-cheat systems change without notice. We publish the current detection state on the site and in the launcher. It is a report, not a guarantee.
• Uptime. We run one server and it occasionally goes down.

Refunds

A key that has not been redeemed can be refunded within 14 days. A redeemed key cannot be refunded. If the menu is unusable for an extended period because of something on our side, ask on Discord and we will extend your plan.

Bans

We ban accounts for chargebacks, key resale, sharing, attacking our infrastructure, and for using SYSLX to harass other players. A ban ends the license. We do not ban for what you do in singleplayer.

Not affiliated

SYSLX is an independent project. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and all trademarks belong to their owners. Using a mod menu may breach the game's own terms of service. That is between you and them, and it is your decision to make.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the Discord announcement channel rather than quietly editing this page.
