Reset HWID

Request an HWID reset

Reset HWID:

Syslx users! You no longer need to open a ticket to request an HWID reset. If your last HWID reset was longer than 3 months ago, then you can follow the steps below (If your HWID reset was shorter than 3 months ago, click here):

 

1. Open the Syslx Launcher and choose the Login option by typing "1" and then hitting the Enter key:

2. Login by first typing your username and hitting Enter, then typing your password and hitting Enter once again:

3. Select the "Request a SYSLX-HWID Reset" option by typing "5" and then hitting the Enter key:

4. You will see a message at the top of your launcher screen stating "Your SYSLX-HWID has been successfully reset! You can request the next free SYSLX HWID reset in 90 days!" Your Syslx HWID has now been reset!
